Hosting Policy

This policy explains what hosting means with each ZenNextStudio package, and what to expect.

1. What "Hosting" Means Here

Your website is stored and served from our infrastructure so it's accessible online. This is separate from designing/building the website itself.

2. What's Included Per Package

3. Custom Domains

If you use your own domain (e.g. yourbusiness.com), you are responsible for renewing that domain with your registrar. We can assist with initial setup but domain ownership and renewal remains your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. As a small business infrastructure provider, occasional maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur. For mission-critical business needs, we recommend discussing enterprise hosting options with us.

5. If Hosting Is Discontinued

If you're on the Starter/Business plan and choose not to continue any hosting arrangement, your website may be taken offline after project completion, depending on what was agreed at time of purchase.
If a Growth subscription lapses (payment not renewed), your website may go offline until payment resumes.
In all cases, we will provide you a downloadable copy of your website files upon request, so you can host it elsewhere if you choose.
₹499 Trial specifically: your trial site goes offline automatically once the trial access period ends, but nothing is deleted — your business details, products/services, and site design stay saved. If you choose not to continue with a full package, a copy of your site data/files is available only after paying the full price of whichever package you were previewing (the ₹499 trial fee does not itself cover a takeaway copy of the site) — this reflects the trial's promotional pricing, not a full project fee. If you do continue, your ₹499 is credited toward that package price as normal.

6. Backups

We do not currently guarantee automated backups for all packages. If backup/disaster-recovery is important for your business, please discuss this with us — it can be arranged for an additional fee.

7. Fraud & Suspension

Continued hosting is conditional on the site remaining free of fraudulent activity. ZenNext Studio may suspend hosting immediately upon detecting a fraud pattern; reactivation is at ZenNext Studio's discretion.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our infrastructure and packages evolve. Material changes will be communicated to active Growth subscribers.
