Careers at ZenNext Studio

We are a small, focused engineering and design studio based in India. We prioritize craftsmanship, clean code, honest timelines, and long-term client relationships over reckless growth.

Small Team. High Standards. Zero Fluff.

We do not fabricate fake headcount or pretend to be an army of 500 people. We are a tight-knit, disciplined team of engineers and designers who care deeply about building websites and custom tools that work reliably for our clients year after year.

Quality Over Speed Hacks

We write clean, well-structured TypeScript, maintain solid database schemas, and never cut corners on security or mobile responsiveness.

Respect & Autonomy

No micromanagement or pointless status calls. You get clear project scopes, supportive peer review, and the space to do your best work.

Real Client Impact

You will work directly on websites and workflows for real businesses (restaurants, retailers, logistics, B2B distributors) where your code makes a tangible difference.

Current Open Roles

No Open Full-Time Positions Right Now

  • Proficiency with modern React, TypeScript, and clean CSS (Tailwind)
  • Understanding of PostgreSQL, SQL relational models, and Supabase
  • A keen eye for layout, typography, whitespace, and micro-interactions
  • Self-motivated with clean Git commit hygiene and clear writing
